Within 14 days of arrival in India, it is mandatory for all foreign students except those from Nepal and Bhutan to get their Student Visa registered at FRRO / FRO New Delhi.
OPJS University's International Support Desk will direct and assist students with all the appropriate processes needed for FRO / FRRO registration.
On arrival in India, all foreign students, excluding those from Nepal and Bhutan, must complete an online application for a Registration Certificate (RC) & Residential Permit (RP).
If the initial visa is not accepted for the full length of the programme or the student needs to prolong the stay because the student is unable to complete the programme within the stated time, the student may apply for the visa extension before the visa expires.
Extension of Visa for Stay Visa, Extension of Residency Permit (RP Extension), change of address, change of path & change of institution and OFF LINE for No Objection Certificate (NOC) for travel outside India in New Delhi at the Foreign Registration Office (FRO) / Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO).
